At Carolina Spine and Sport in West Ashley our personal trainers provide continual coaching and guide you every step of the way. Our training program includes instruction in proper warmup, movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and conditioning.

Student Athletes

We provide a training program designed for student athletes that helps them beat their competition. For young athletes, we teach the basics of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. For older athletes, we provide the tools to enhance performance by increasing strength and functional movement.

Recovery Program

We also have a recovery program for all members. This allows you to recover at convenient times and excel in your training. Receive Chiropractic care including adjustments, electric muscle stimulation, and other soft tissue therapies.
